POLICIES & INFO

Being a small business owner it is very important that myself and my clients take my policies seriously. Please take the time to read over all my policies and important information, and understand when you are booking an appointment with Inspire Artistry you are agreeing to the following policies:

You may book an appointment directly through me, through instagram or text message. To secure any appointment a deposit must be sent via e-transfer to inspireartistry_@outlook.com. All appointments will require a $25 deposit, with the exception of full sets that will require 50% of the service as a deposit. This is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit so make sure you are on time and give at least 48 hour notice if you are needing to cancel/reschedule your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your total at the time of your appointment.

Please come to your appointment alone, no additional guests. Send me a message once you arrive so I can let you know when to come to the door, in case I am running a few minutes behind with my previous appointment.

I have a small dog in my home, he is very friendly. If you are allergic, or scared, or just would prefer if he was kept away please send me a message prior to your appointment.

I do not tolerate no shows. If you no show to a scheduled appointment without any communication, your deposit will be kept and you will no longer be able to reschedule.

If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, I have a NO REFUND policy as my clients are paying for my time as well as the products used. However, I am a very reasonable person, and if there is ever an issue please reach out to me so we can work something out.

Like anything, there can always be a risk of an allergic reaction. Let me know if you'd like to do a patch test a few days prior, and send me a message to inform me if you are taking any specific medication, retinol, or have had past experience with an allergic reaction. If you experience an allergic reaction from a lash service I offer a free removal.

Lash fills are done every 2-3 weeks and must have a least 40% of lashes remaining after grow out removal. Anything over 3 weeks (21 days) will be considered a full set. If you feel you are coming to your appointment with less than 40% please try to send me a message prior so I can assure we have more time.

Lastly, but most important, this is a respectful judgment free zone. I take making my space a positive welcoming environment for everyone very seriously, I treat my clients with kindness and expect the same in return.
